Beginning in 2014, the Evidence Based Practice Council of the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics (UUHC) has sponsored a poster fair that showcases team-based improvement and wellness projects from across U of U Health. It brings together initiatives originally led by the Department of Nursing’s Evidence-Based Practice Council, the Resiliency Center’s Joy in Work program​, and the School of Medicine’s Residency Program Value-Driven Healthcare pathway.

This collection contains posters presented by University of Utah Healthcare employees and students, all of whom have led a quality improvement effort in their department and wanted to share their story.
