Bryan Hull is currently the Digital Initiatives Program Manager at the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library at the University of Utah. There, he helps create and manage digital library collections; working to archive, organize, and disseminate the creative and scholarly output from the University of Utah Health Sciences as well as partner organizations such as the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society. Bryan works with the library’s faculty to help facilitate and improve the instructional efforts of the library utilizing new technologies and instructional techniques. Additionally, he has spearheaded several educational technology projects such as the Tree of Hippocrates Education Studio; creating a multimedia creation space for students, staff, and faculty of the health sciences campus to empower them to create better instructional materials for their classes, schoolwork, and special projects. His strong technical expertise in video and audio production and creating instructional objects for web-based learning have led to a number of instructor led training programs for the library as well as others on the health sciences campus. Lastly, he is enrolled in the Instruction Design & Educational Technology Masters program at the University of Utah.
