Clifford Snyder

Dr. Snyder was born in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1916. He received his B.S. from the University of Tennessee in 1940 and his M.D. in 1944. He was Assistant Professor of Surgery at the School of Medicine, University of Texas from 1952-1954 and from Assistant to Associate Professor at the School of Medicine, University of Miami 1954-1967. He came to the University of Utah in 1967 as Emeritus Professor of Surgery and Associate Dean. Dr. Snyder’s research interests include plastic and reconstructive surgery, transplantation of organs, snake bites, regeneration of nerves and wound healing.
